Here at Bodyimage we pride ourselves on the training we provide our members with. When you sign up we will induct you, which is mainly showing you how to use the equipment properly. Following your induction unlike many gyms these days we offer all members a personalised exercise programme. This will be specific to your age, fitness, experience, goals or any injuries you may have. We aim to give all new members 3 different sessions, so that each time you come to the gym it is different. This helps keep your body guessing and stops exercise drop off from boredom of the same routine. So that you can keep improving and getting closer to your exercise goals we will review your programme every 4-6 wks to give you another fresh impatus.
